Sean Loughlin is SVP of global brand, digital and social at Professional Fighters League where he drives the go-to-market strategy to grow the league’s audience and social following. Under his leadership, PFL has seen 45% year-over-year audience growth on ESPN/ESPN+ and 72% growth across social channels.

Prior to joining PFL, Loughlin most recently served as vice president of production for Barstool Sports where he oversaw all original content production for over 60 brands, including 100 podcast and video franchises that generated over 1 billion monthly views, leading to over $200 million a year in revenue. He brings more than 23 years of experience working in professional sports, winning three National Emmy Awards during his time with MLB Network. Loughlin has also produced for the NFL Network, NHL Network, and ESPN.
