Felix Nemirovsky worked in the optical storage industry in the 1990s. He was chairman of OSTA.org, CTO of Plextor Corporation, and GM of Oak Technology, for the SW division.

Nemirovsky migrated to digital media in the 2000s as the VP of Vanguard Video, the CTO office of Starz Entertainment, and GM of Zencoder/Brightcove. He is now leading HDR and is a solutions architect at Dolby Laboratories in immersive audio solutions with a focus on live sports.

Nemirovsky earned his Bachelor of Science degree from San Francisco State University and was born in Kiev, USSR.
