Dakota Timmons has served in the live broadcast industry for more than a decade. An early interest in computers and networking laid the foundation for his broadcast engineering career. In his six year employment at Mobile TV Group, Timmons has had the opportunity to engineer all eras of Mobile Units, including the chance to lead engineer the company’s flagship SMPTE 2110 Mobile Unit for NFL on Fox and several other demanding packages.

Timmons currently serves on the Cloud Control Engineering team at Mobile TV Group. He maintains and coordinates the company’s Cloud Control product while also taking part in discussing and executing new solutions and technologies for their clients.

Despite now working fully remote, Timmons enjoys visiting Mobile Units in the field to spend time with his co-workers.
