Larry Meyers worked at Pac-12 Networks in San Francisco as EVP, Content through June 2014. At Pac-12 he was responsible for the 850 live events delivered via MVPD and authenticated TV Everywhere platforms, plus hundreds more of university-created streamed events available on the Pac-12 Plus platform. Meyers was also responsible for the combined “Editorial” Team at Pac-12 – a content creation group that joined previously separated groups such as Studio, Digital, Original Content, and Post-Production into a unified short-form (digital) and long-form (live studio and original content) organization.

Previously, Meyers served as VP, content and executive producer for Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable) Regional Networks in Southern California. While at Spectrum SportsNet, the networks garnered 26 team and individual LA area Emmy awards in their first four years from launch. Meyers also received Emmys for his work at the RSN in San Francisco and a national Emmy for his work covering the 1988 Seoul Olympics for NBC.

Meyers also spent nine years at the Tennis Channel as the SVP of production and executive producer. In that role, he was responsible for the channel’s original programming, as well as national and international live events. Prior to that, Meyers spent seven years at Fox, working in Los Angeles and the Bay Area. He began his career in sports television in the 1980s working in TV trucks producing and directing regional and national live sports event programming. Over the years, Meyers transitioned to a production executive.

Meyers is originally from Oakland, CA and graduated from UCLA. He served as the executive program director of SVG’s 2017 RSN Summit.
