Caiti Donovan is a global data strategist, storyteller, and entrepreneur. She has spent 20 years working in data and technology to drive revenue and build businesses. This includes experience at global companies like Viacom and Spotify, where she developed data-first campaigns and strategic partnerships that were recognized by organizations like MediaPost and AdAge. She has founded/co-founded three companies, including the international nonprofit, SheIS Sport, and over the last 8 years has driven millions in revenue and built industry-first data infrastructure specifically to help grow the women’s sports landscape globally. Donovan is a multi-award winning data storyteller, including a 2020 Clio Sports Award for the Women Worth Watching campaign, in partnership with the USTA and mcgarrybowen, and led work like The Fan Project in 2021, which set a new industry standard for how quantitative data can support the business case for women’s sports. She currently leads the Growth Strategy and Business Intelligence team for the WNBA, based in New York. She lives with her family in Brooklyn, NY.
